5082-N103-GF000 on stock Power supply fault protection improves data security by disabling the write current generator during a volt- age fault or power supply sequencing. Additionally,the write unsafe detection circuitry will flag any of the conditions listed below as a high level on the open collector output pin, WUS. Two transitions on pin WD and WD, after the fault is corrected, are required to clear the WUS flag. Writing to the device is accomplished by taking Chip E- nable l (CEl) with Write Enable (WE) LOW, and Chip Ena- ble 2 (CE2) HIGH. Reading from the device is performed by taking Chip Enable l (CEl) with Output Enable (OE) LOW while Write Enable (WE) and Chip Enable 2 (CE2) is HIGH. The I/O pins are placed in a high-impedance st- ate when the device is deselected: the outputs are disabled during a write cycle. |
