7320F3 Datasheet CEL certifies, to its knowledge, that semiconductor and laser products detailed below are compliant with the requirements of European Union (EU) Directive 2002/95/EC Restriction on Use of Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS) and the requirements of EU Directive 2003/11/EC Restriction on Penta and Octa BDE. 1. The watchdog timer time is determined by the values of Rw and Cw. Tt -. Rw.Cw where Rw is 56kl t0 560kl Cw is between O.011JF and 10pF 2. The beep sound frequency is determined by Rb and Cb. Fb 1/Rb.Cb where Rb is 56 kl t0 330kl Cb is between 4700PF and 22,OOOPF. 3. The beep sound volume can be varied through the resistance connected to pin 10. At 4.7kl the voltage is approx. 4VP-P, and at 47kl it is about 0.4VP-P. 4. In overload protection operation the voltage across pins l t0 30 is tested, with a limit of 100 +20mV On load shorting, the test voltage is dropped to about l/4 to conserve power. |
