Note, however, that a delay time of about 0.5 ccS from the time when the high-side or low-side of a phase is turned off to the time when the output of the opposite side is turned on is set in the pre-drive stage of output. This prevents through current to and from upper and lower transistors within the same phase. Accordingly, the output voltage off period (regenerative time) is 0.5 ccS plus the result of the above calculation, which is about 3.3 ccS.

OFeatures 1) Built-in circuit enables the configu- ration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors (see equivalent circuit). 2) The bias resistors consist of thin- film resistors with complete isola- tion to allow positive biasing of the input. They also have the advan- tage of almost completely eliminat- ing parasitic eects. 3) Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making device design easy.
