MC142430 Price DESCRIPTION The ZXRE125 is a bandgap circuit desig ned to achieve a precision micropower voltage referen ce of l.22 volts. Th e device is available in the sm all outline SOT23 surface mount package which is ideal for applications where space saving is im portant. SOT23 tolerance is available t0 0.5% for precision applications. Excellent performance is maintained overthe 8l,At0 20mA operating current rangewith a typical tem perature coefficient of only 20ppm/oC. The device has been desig n ed to be highly tolerant of capacitive loads so m aintaining excellent stability. This device offers a SOT23 pin for pin compatible replacem ent of the ZRA124 and ZRA125 series of voltag e referen ces. An E-Line (T092 style) package is also available.
