MX26L6420XAI-12 Datasheet The Interrupt Request (IRQB) input signal is used to request that an interrupt sequence be initiated. The program counter (PC) and Processor Status Register (P) are pushed onto the stack and the IRQB disable (I) flag is set to a "1" disabling further interrupts before jumping to the interrupt handler. These values are used to retum the processor to its original state prior to the IRQB interrupt. The IRQB low level should be held until the interrupt handler clears the interrupt request source. When Return from Interrupt (RTI) is executed the (I) flag is restored and a new interrupt can be handled. Ifthe (I) flag is cleared in an interrupt handler, nested interrupts can occur. The Wait-for- Interrupt (WAI) instruction may be used to reduce power and synchronize with, as an example timer interrupt requests. MX26L6420XAI-12 Price A bypass capacitor pin is provided to enhance the low noise characteristics of the AAT3238 LDO regu- lator. The bypass capacitor is not necessary for operation of the AAT3238. However, for best device performance, a small ceramic capacitor should be placed between the Bypass pin (BYP) and the device ground pin (GND). The value of CBYP may range from 470pF t0 10nF. For lowest noise and best pos- sible power supply ripple rejection performance a 10nF capacitor should be used. To practically realize the highest power supply ripple rejection and lowest output noise performance, it is critical that the capac- itor connection between the BYP pin and GND pin be direct and PCB traces should be as short as possi- ble. Refer to the PCB Layout Recommendations section of this document for examples. MX26L6420XAI-12 on stock - OVERTEMPERATURE AND SHORT CIRCUIT PROTECTION: these are based on sensing the chip temperature and are not dependent on the input voltage. The location of the sensing element on the chip in the power stage area ensures fast, accurate detection of the junction temperature. Overtemperature cutout occurs at minimum 1500C. The device is automatically restarted when the chip temperature falls below 1350C.
