CLOCK ACCURACY (DIP MODULE) The DS1747 is guaranteed to keep time accuracy to within +1 minute per month at 250C. The RTC is calibrated at the factory by Dallas Semiconductor using nonvolatile tuning elements, and does not require additional calibration. For this reason, methods of field clock calibration are not available and not necessary. The electrical environment also affects the clock accuracy, and caution should be taken to place the RTC in the lowest-level EMI section of the PC board layout. General Description The HT8665 is a single chip CMOS LSI using an ADM algorithm. It is designed for applica- tions on talking back with an echo effect. Func- tions of the IC consist of recording/playing and auto power offin addition to an echo effect. The IC starts recording when a sound input is de- tected, and stops to play back when silence lasts 0.5 seconds during recording. The auto power off function is activated once a REC/PLAY cycle has been implemented 64 times or an interval of silence that exceeds 2 minutes.
