PAL20L8-102PC Datasheet
PAL20L8-102PC Price GENERAL DESCRIPTION The RPT-82/83 are integrated circuits that perform the active functions required for reganerative PCM repeaters. They can operate from less than 100kHz to greater than 3MHz. In PCM systems, information is transmitted by the presence or absence of bipolar pulses in specified time slots. The RPT-82/83 repeat- ers automatically adjust gain to optimize signal levels, deter- mine if a pulse is present or not, and retransmit the recon- structed pulses. PAL20L8-102PC on stock Turn-On Time: Turning Qi in Figure l off removes the low- voltage signal at pin 3 and enables both outputs from the PT692 0/693 0 regulator. Following a delay of about 10-2 0ms, Voi and V02 rise together until the lower voltage, Voz, reaches its set output. Voi then continues to rise until both outputs reach full regulation voltage. The total power-up time is less than 2 5ms, and is relativelyindependant ofload, temperature, and output capacitance. Figure 2 shows wave- forms of the output voltages Voi and Voz, for a PT693 1 (3.3V/2.510. The turn-off of Qi corresponds to the rise in Vstby. The waveforms were measured with a S Vdc input voltage, and with resistive loads of SA and 2A at the Voi and Voz outputs respectively.
