PAL20X1ANM Datasheet The PCB dielectric between RF traces and RF ground layers should be chosen to reduce RF discontinuities between 50 lines and package pins. M/A-COM recommends an FR-4 dielectric thickness of 0.008" (0.2 mm) yielding a 50 I line width of 0.015" (0.38 mm). The recommended metalization thickness is l ounce copper. PAL20X1ANM Price The EM8475 and EM8476 also include component YPbPr or RGB analog outputs, with optional Macrovision AGC vl.03 protection in 480p YPbPr mode. This component analog out- put can be programmed to be either RGB or YPbPr video data, interlaced or progressive, from NTSC / PAL resolution up t0 1920x1080. voltages by feeding the FB signal into the oscillator and creating a linear frequency downshift when the FB signal drops belowl.3V. Currenttrip levelis set by the voltage on the ILIM pin which is driven by an internal 320~A current source. When this pin is left open, it self-clamps at about 4.5V and sets current limit at 6.5A forthe LT1074 and 2.6A for the LT1076. In the 7-pin package an external resistor can be connectedfrom the ILIM pin to ground to set alower current limit. A capacitor in parallel with this resistor will soft start the current limit. A slight offset in C2 guarantees that when the ILIM pin is pulled to within 200mV of ground, C2 0utputwill stay high and force switch duty cycle to zero. |
