PALC20V8H-10JCY Datasheet The RFM25N05 and RFM25N06 and the RFP25N05 and RFP25N06' are n-channel enhancement-mode silicon-gate power field-effect transistors designed for applications such as switching regulators, switching converters, motor driv- ers, relay drivers, and drivers for high-power bipolar switch- ing transistors requiring high speed and low gate-drive power. These types can be operated directly from inte- grated circuits. The RFM-lypes are supplied in the JEDEC T0-204AA steel packaga and the RFP-types in the JEDEC T0-220AB plastic package.
