QCA200A40(200A400V) Datasheet General Description The HV09 is a low-voltage serialto high-voltage parallelconverter with push-pull outputs. It is especially suitable for use as a symmetric row d river in AC thin-film electroluminescent (ACTFEL) displays. The HV09 0ffers 32 0utputlines, a direction (DIR) pin to give CW or CCW shift register loading, output enable (OE), and polarity (POL) control. After DATA INPUT is entered (on the falling edge of CLOCK), a logcc high will cause the output to swing to VPP if POL is high, or to GND if POL is low. QCA200A40(200A400V) Price

Stressing the device with high load currents and high input-output differential voltages (which result in die tem- peratures above +125aC) may cause a momentary over- shoot (2% t0 8% for 200ms) when the load is completely removed. This can be remedied by raising the minimum load current from OpA (+1250C) t0 100pA (+1500C). For continuous operation, do not exceed the absolute maxi- mum junction temperature rating of TJ = +1500C. Maximum ratings are those values beyond which device damage can occur. Maximum ratings applied to the device are individual stress limit values (not normal operating conditions) and are not valid simultaneously. If these limits are exceeded, device functional operation is not implied, damage may occur and reliability may be affected. *Other voltages may be available upon request. 1.
