SI9910DY-LF Datasheet The LT1389 reference can be used as a high performance upgrade to the LM185/LM385, LT1004, LT1034 and LT1634 where lowest power and guaranteed tempera- ture drift are required. :i:ii LTC and LT are registered trademarks of Linear Technology Corporation. SI9910DY-LF Price
SI9910DY-LF on stock The G525A satisfies the USB standards. The switch's low on-resistance meets USB voltage drop require- ments. When the output load exceeds current-limit threshold, G525A switches into constant mode and limit the output current to a safe level, which is typically 1.4A, well below the UL 25VA safety requirements. An open-drain flag output is also available to indicate fault conditions to the local USB controller. Soft start elimi- nates the momentary voltage drop on the upstream port that may occur when the switch is enabled in bus-powered applications. RS and CL form a low pass network at the output, thus limiting + system bandwidth well below the amplifier bandwidth of 560MHz. By decreasing RS as CL increases (as illustrated in the curve), the maximum bandwidth is obtained without sacrificing stability. In spite of this, bandwidth still decreases as the load capacitance increases. |
