In programming mode the program memory space extends from Ox0000 to Ox3FFF, with the first half (OxOOOO-OxlFFF) being user program memory and the second half (Ox2000-Ox3FFF) being configuration memory. The PC will increment from Ox0000 to OxlFFF and wrap to Ox000 0r Ox2000 to Ox3FFF and wrap around to Ox2000 (not to Ox0000). Once in con- figuration memory, the highest bit of the PC stays a '1', thus always pointing to the configuration memory. The only way to point to user program memory is to reset the part and reenter programNerify mode, as described in Section 2.2.
