From 2nd cycle t0 257th cycle (Byte Mode)129th cycle (Word Mode), write data must be serially inputted. Address A6-AO,A-1 (Byte Mode) / A6-AO (Word Mode) have to be incremented from OOH t0 7FH/FFH.
