The bus signals are a clock input (SCK) plus separate data in (SI) and data out (SO) lines. Access to the device is controlled through a chip select (CS) input, allowing any number of devices to share the same bus. The 54ACT11151 is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -550c t0 1250C. The 74ACTt1151 is characterized for operation from -400C to 850c.
