TMS4C2970-30DT-TI Price CALEX produces the highest quality, most dependable power supplies in the industry. The short circuit protection features "foldback" current limiting, so all units can be shorted indefinitely without damage. TMS4C2970-30DT-TI on stock The oscillator can drive up to four-channels (eight FETs) directly when operating at 10-18V. A 10 I resistor must be placed in series with T and T to stabilize the FET gate charging. For more than four-channel operation, or SV- multiple-channel operation, the driver circuit needs a FET booster circuit, as shown in Figure 2. Large gate drive surge currents (>lOOmA) are needed to tum on the gates.
